Fair and Impartial Courts
"We need courts that are fair and impartial in order to ensure equal treatment under the law. But too often, campaign contributions and other outside influences threaten the ability of judges to make fair and impartial decisions. Judges should be held accountable to the law and the Constitution, not to political whims or popular public opinion."
